WISE IDEA (Innovation Development Evaluation Application) is a centre of best practice in mental health and employment and an initiative of WISE Employment and was established to improve the employment outcomes for people living with mental health conditions.

WISE IDEA’s vision is to transform the lives of Australians living with mental health conditions by helping them achieve their employment goals—using innovative, evidence-based, world-leading programs developed by WISE IDEA and our partners.
WISE IDEA’s mission is to empower Australians living with mental health conditions to gain and maintain employment —changing lives by researching, developing, and replicating innovative programs that help:
- people living with mental health conditions build skills for work
- support workers and carers to provide effective assistance
- employers provide responsive workplaces

Caroline Crosse
Strategic Advisor
Caroline has been a passionate advocate for people living with mental health conditions for more than 30 years and was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her pioneering work in creating innovative employment solutions for people with mental health conditions.
Shannon Lang
Director
Shannon has held senior leadership roles in public mental health services for more than 20 years, leading the development of therapeutic models of care, brokering innovative, collaborative partnerships and managing complex organisational change.
Anne Miles
Senior Occupational Therapist, Research and Evaluation Lead

Anne has worked in mental health, including community, forensic, and social enterprise sectors. She is a skilled trainer, and is highly regarded for her ability to translate effective clinical interventions into community and employment settings.
Chilli Ackland
Graduate Psychologist / Project Support Officer
BPsych(Hons)
Chilli has recently gained an honours degree in Psychology from Monash University and is currently pursuing a post-graduate Masters to attain registration as a Psychologist. Chilli's passion lies in enhancing mental health outcomes.

Preetha Sivakumaran
Occupational Therapist
BHSc, MOTPrac
Pree has worked in the NDIS sector as a Community Mental Health OT. She works for WISE IDEA as a project lead, and has a particular interest in working with First Nations communities.
Ellen Titterton
Occupational Therapist
BHSc, MOTPrac
Ellen works in WISE IDEA as a project lead primarily in vocational rehabilitation and cognitive remediation and has worked as a Mental Health OT in the NDIS.
Pemi Akin Ojelabi
Occupational Therapist
BAppSc MOTPrac
Pemi has worked in clinical mental health service settings (both community and bed based) and has experience in paediatrics and NDIS rehabilitation services.
