WISE Employment is proud to expand our existing partnership with volunteer-led charity, Ready Set.

The new Workforce Australia contract provides the perfect opportunity to grow our existing partnership and ensure customers feel empowered through sustainable and meaningful employment.

“Ready Set recognises the professionalism, commitment and expertise of WISE Employment and is proud to be part of these extended arrangements,” says Ready Set Interim CEO Cynthia Kralik.

“Equally, we believe WISE acknowledges the value Ready Set provides to clients who are in need of support and our focus on the vulnerable and disadvantaged in our community and has seen the opportunity that an expanded partnership will bring to both WISE and Ready Set along with the clients we both seek to support.”

The growth of the partnership will see Ready Set and WISE working closely together to provide customers with interview and work attire. Customers can attend fitting appointments online, at Ready Set in South Melbourne or at a pop-up Ready Set site in selected WISE offices.

Additionally, WISE will collaborate with Ready Set to provide essentials and sanitary items to customers.

WISE Victoria State Manager for Workforce Australia, Doreen Micallef, says the partnership built on shared values is the perfect opportunity to ensure customers continue to receive quality and personalised services.

Ready Set is a largely volunteer-led charity committed to helping any community member who requires assistance to gain employment irrespective of age, gender, ability, or background. Services include providing clothing, coaching and connecting clients to ensure they look good, feel confident and find work.
