Clean Force Property Services is a multi-award-winning social enterprise with a strong social purpose to create meaningful employment opportunities for people who face barriers to work, including people with disability. 

Established in 2001, Clean Force delivers high-quality commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance services to medium and large organisations across Australia. Services include cleaning for offices, apartment complexes, construction sites and vacated residences, as well as roads and grounds maintenance. 

Clean Force operates nationally, with offices based in Melbourne, Bendigo and Sydney.

Clean Force works with a broad mix of customers, including large corporates, government departments, not-for-profit organisations and social housing providers. 

Current and past customers include Western Sydney Airport, Fulton Hogan, Mind Australia, AMES, Better Health Network, the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, and several Tier 1 construction companies, joint ventures and community organisations. 

Employment pathways that create real opportunity

Clean Force provides supported and open employment pathways designed to meet people where they’re at. This includes: 

• A supported employment program for people with disability who experience major vocational barriers, accessible through NDIS funding 
• An open employment stream for people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are looking to enter or re-enter the general workforce 

Up to half of Clean Force’s workforce is made up of people who have experienced barriers to employment, including mental illness. Through tailored support, on-the-job training and inclusive workplaces, Clean Force helps people build skills, confidence and long-term work outcomes.
