Clean Force is a national, multi-award-winning social enterprise with a social purpose to provide employment for people with disability, including mental illness. Clean Force provides quality commercial cleaning services for medium to large businesses, as well as roads and grounds maintenance. They have a nationwide presence, and operate offices in Melbourne, Bendigo and Sydney.  

Established in 2001, Clean Force has a diverse customer base including large corporates and medium-sized businesses. Clean Force Property Services customers currently include Aruma,  MIND Australia, AMES, multiple Tier 1 construction companies and joint ventures and New South Wales Departments of Primary Industries, Justice, and Customer Service.

Clean Force offers pathways to employment via a supported employment program for people with major vocational barriers, accessible via Disability Support Pension and NDIS funding. They also offer open employment for disadvantaged people wanting to enter the workforce. Up to half of the workforce at Clean Force is made up of people who have experienced barriers to work, including mental illness
