We invest in social enterprises because we believe the community is enriched when social and economic inclusion underpins business with purpose.
WISE runs three social enterprises, Clean Force Property Services, Peppergreen Farm, and ELS, in New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria, employing more than 500 people.
The WISE Social Enterprises employ a blended workforce where qualified tradespeople, apprentices and industry-experienced staff work alongside people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Together, these teams deliver quality services to corporate and government customers.
The WISE Social Enterprises earn more than $20 million per year through trade, and receive Federal Government funding of less than 2%. Government funding is used to fund some of the supports for staff with complex needs.
We have no shareholders and any surplus funds are invested in workplace support for our employees, apprentice development, our services and the community.

Clean Force Property Services
Clean Force provides quality commercial cleaning services in Melbourne, Bendigo and Sydney for large scale offices, infrastructure projects, apartment complexes, entertainment venues, social housing, and vacated residence cleans, in addition to roads and grounds maintenance service.
Clean Force also provides services previously delivered by social enterprise, Incito Maintenance, including general handyman services in the northern suburbs of Melbourne to clients including providers of social housing, public housing, aged care, and private individuals.
ELS (Equity Labour Services)
Equity Labour Services (ELS) is a social enterprise in Tasmania delivering quality grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, vegetation management, litter collection, and traffic management on Tasmanian roads, parks, gardens, and commercial facilities as well as commercial cleaning services.
We train and find work for people who face barriers to gaining and retaining employment.
Peppergreen Farm (including Peppergreen Farm Catering)
Peppergreen Farm is a small-scale produce farm, café and commercial catering business located in Bendigo.
Peppergreen Farm grows and sells seasonal, organic fruit and vegetables directly to the community. Excess produce used in the preparation of meals in the café and in commercial catering orders.
Peppergreen Farm also offers a number of other services including grounds maintenance and car washing, school visits, and both open and supported employment opportunities. Peppergreen Farm and Peppergreen Farm Catering collectively employ more than 60 people with disability.
