Social Enterprises

Driving social change and creating sustainable and meaningful employment is important to us. We invest in social enterprises because we believe the community is enriched when social and economic inclusion underpins business with purpose.

We run three not-for-profit social enterprises in Melbourne, Bendigo, Sydney and Tasmania. They are Clean Force Property Services, ELS and Incito Maintenance.

They employ a blended workforce where qualified tradespeople, apprentices and industry experienced staff work alongside people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Together, these teams deliver quality services to corporate and government customers.

The WISE Social Enterprises earn more than $8 million per year through trade and receive Federal Government funding of approximately 6%.

We have no shareholders and any surplus funds are invested in workplace support for our employees, apprentice development, our services and the community.
