At WISE Employment, our NDIS supports are designed to help you build confidence, learn new skills and live more independently. Whether you want to prepare for work, connect with your community, or navigate a life change, our team will walk alongside you to achieve your goals.

Our Pathways to Empowerment

The NDIS team at WISE provides a range of supports under both CORE and Capacity Building elements of your NDIS plan. You can view current NDIS pricing guides on the NDIS website here.  

We deliver NDIS supports across five key pathways, so you can choose what best suits your needs.

Employment Supports

Our NDIS employment supports are here to help you prepare for, find and keep meaningful work through: 

  • Work readiness: Build skills in teamwork, communication, workplace expectations, resume writing and interviews 
  • Volunteering and work experience: Gain confidence, learn new skills and explore career options in real settings 
  • School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES): Tailored help for young people with disability transitioning from school to work 
  • EPIC: For people under 25, focusing on work experience, travel training, life skills and community participation (specialist SLES service) 
  • Finding and Keeping a Job: Ongoing support to get into work and stay employed 
  • Project SEARCH: Nine-month internship program delivered with host employers, helping young people gain practical experience and career pathways 
  • Access Creative Studios (Bendigo, VIC): A local program supporting skills development, creativity and community connection 

Lifelong Learning

Grow your skills and confidence in everyday life with supports that are tailored to you. We can help with: 

  • Budgeting, cooking and managing your home 
  • Building literacy and communication skills 
  • Developing confidence with the support of a mentor 
  • Joining group learning activities in a safe, welcoming environment

Community Access

We’ll support you to connect with your community and enjoy new experiences. This might include: 

  • Everyday social and community participation, like going to events, joining clubs or exploring hobbies — funded through Core Supports
  • Mentoring and activities that build skills and confidence — funded under Capacity Building

Life Transition Support

Change can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our team can help you: 

  • Move out of home or adjust to new living arrangements 
  • Transition from school into adult life 
  • Explore study and career options with practical guidance 
  • Build resilience and confidence during life’s challenges

Therapy and Wellness Programs

NDIS allied health services at WISE focus on occupational therapy. Our OTs support both physical and mental health needs, helping you build independence and confidence in everyday life. 

Our Occupational Therapists provide: 

  • Mental health OT supports, including social skills and tailored wellbeing strategies 
  • Community OT supports such as functional assessments and independent living recommendations 
  • Evidence-based assessments and reports to guide your NDIS plan
