GradWISE Industry AccessAbility Week 2026

Presented by the award winning national GradWISE program, Industry AccessABILITY Week returns for 2026! The free-to-attend, online event for students and recent graduates living with disability, injury and/or illness has been running annually since 2020. The week provides a supportive, inclusive space to explore graduate and early career pathways, connect with employers who value accessability and inclulsion, and gain practical insights to build sustainable careers.

Over four days, participants will hear directly from employers across a range of industries, engage in live Q&As, take part in wellbeing activities, and develop confidence in navigating the transition from study to work. Students and graduates can tailor their experience to their interests, energy levels, and career goals, asking questions openly, learning about workplace expectations, and exploring opportunities that align with their aspirations.

Industry AccessABILITY Week is more than just an introduction to employment – it’s a safe, empowering space to build connections, develop career awareness, and take early steps toward a meaningful, long-term career.

Industry AccessABILITY Week will run from Monday, 9 February to Thursday, 12 February. All sessions are optional, so you can listen in to hear from organisations that align with your career interests and goals. Register for the GradWISE AccessAbility week and see the full schedule below.
