We believe that the entire community is enriched when everyone is supported to achieve their potential.
For more than 30 years, WISE Employment has strived to partner with inclusive and diverse employers, community groups, sports teams, training facilities and other groups to help our job seekers find employment and belonging within their community.
Through partnerships with organisations that share our passions and beliefs, we can join forces and provide the tools for people to become more self-reliant, improve their personal, social and economic circumstances and ultimately become self-sufficient. This result benefits our community as a whole.
To celebrate the last 30 years, we've reflected on the organisation's growth, put together stories, highlighted special projects and showed why partnering with WISE can make a big impact.

As WISE is proudly Australian and not-for-profit, all of our resources go back into our community.
