jobactive
jobactive is the Australian Government’s way to get more Australians into work. It connects job seekers with employers. We provide jobactive employment services in New South Wales, Northern Territory and Victoria.

NDIS Services
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) aims to support a better life for Australians with a significant and permanent disability.

Interskills Training
We understand that everyone has different levels of experience and ability. Interskills Training (RTO 6653), the training arm of WISE Employment, has programs that are tailored to help you build the skills and confidence you need to get and keep a job and to improve your life.

Occupational Rehabilitation
WISE Occupational Rehabilitation Services aims to help workers back into productive employment and to make workplaces safe for everyone.

Restart Program (recruiting workers aged 50+)
Mature-age workers can bring a wealth of valuable experience to your business. If you employ a mature age worker, you may also be eligible for financial support from the government.

GradWISE
Graduate disability employment services
Developed by WISE Employment in conjunction with Australian Universities, GradWISE is designed to empower tertiary students living with a disability, mental, physical health condition or injury aspire, develop and thrive in graduate and entry level employment.

Work Assist
WISE Employment may be able to assist your staff who could be at risk of losing their job due to an illness, injury or disability through the cost-free Work Assist program.

National Panel of Assessors (SA & VIC)
WISE Employment is contracted to deliver National Panel of Assessment (NPA) services in South Australia and Victoria, which are aimed at enhancing the sustained employment and ongoing workforce participation of people with disability.

WISE Ways to Work
WISE Ways to Work is a new mental health program to help people living with mental illness prepare for the world of work, and be supported on a graded pathway to employment.

ParentsNext in Tasmania
Raising young children is a very important role. Combining parenting and preparing for work can be a challenge.

Post-placement support
After a position is filled, we offer free post-placement support for up to six months to make sure you and your new employee(s) are happy with the outcome.

Work for the Dole
Eligible jobactive job seekers registered with WISE will need to participate in Work for the Dole or another approved activity for six months each year to keep receiving their income support if they have mutual obligation requirements.

Youth Jobs PaTH
Employers are encouraged to host internship placements, and receive employer incentives when they take on a young person to see if that person is a good fit for their business.
