COVID-19 Update: Face to Face Appointments Resuming from July 1
All offices in Victoria will remain closed until Government advice the state is safe to re-open.
Following Government advice on COVID-19 social distancing measures, WISE Employment Disability Employment Services (DES) offices in New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, and Tasmania will resume face to face appointments with customers from Wednesday 1st July 2020.
To keep our customers and teams safe, and practice social distancing, a limited number of people will be permitted in our offices at one time for scheduled appointments and services. We will require anyone attending one of our offices to sign in, and our job searching computers will only be available to use via a booking system. Please contact your consultant before you drop in to avoid disappointment if the office is at capacity.
We have the following safety measures in place for people coming into our offices for appointments:
- Hand sanitiser upon entry to the WISE office
- Strict 1.5m social distancing between all people in the office
- Anti-bacterial wipes to ensure all surfaces are clean
- Masks available on request
- Hand sanitiser available at desks
- Increased regular cleaning and deep cleaning of our offices
While we are looking forward to welcoming you back, if you are feeling at all unwell, are showing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with any confirmed or suspected cases, please stay home. This is essential to stop the spread of the virus in the community, to protect those who are most vulenerable and members of the WISE team.
