| WISE Employment is a not-for-profit community service organisation, with branches across Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. In 2010, WISE Employment funded the establishment of the DiversityWISE program in Darwin, Northern Territory. DiversityWISE is a tailored, personalised employment program, providing employment support and training to Darwin’s refugee community. In 2011, DiversityWISE is proud to announce the production of it’s first documentary-style film “New job, new life – A journey of courage and determination’ featuring the stories of DiversityWISE program participants and their experiences of resettlement in Australia. The film premiered at Deckchair Cinema Darwin from 6.30pm on Thursday 16th June 2011 as part of the Melaleuca Refugee Centre Film Fundraiser for World Refugee Week 19 – 25 June 2011.
